Phase 1 Postnatal Pilates and Rehab
Through a Programme of Postnatal Pilates and functional movement, be guided and supported in restoring your core and pelvic floor after birth. Pregnancy and birth can leave you feeling disconnected and lacking confidence in your body especially if you are suffering from leaking, tummy separation, tummy pooching and tiredness.
Take some time out to take care of yourself and begin to rebuild your strength again so you can get back to enjoying activities you love.
In this phase our goal is to release and realign your posture, restore your core and pelvic floor connection and strengthen your body after birth. This is for you if you are looking for a gentle introduction back to exercise after having your baby and strengthening your body from the inside out. Getting back to exercise in a safe way is so important after having your baby and here we want to boost your body confidence, relieve your stress, improve your sleep and leave you feeling energised.
You can join anytime after your 6 week check with your health practitioner or 12 weeks after a c section recovery
Please ensure you have had your postnatal check with your healthcare practitioner before beginning any kind of exercise after birth.

Phase 2 Postnatal Functional Fitness
The FIT training sessions are low impact, core and pelvic floor focussed, functional exercise classes. This class is for mums that are ready to progress their core and pelvic floor training to the next level after gaining a strong core connection through Phase 1.
As mums we lift, squat, lunge, bend, push and pull on a daily basis. Each workout will focus on building strength, stability and control in these “functional mummy movements”. Whether your goal is to get back to running, sports or simply to go to the trampoline park with the kids and not have to worry about little leaks EVERY woman will benefit from functional pelvic floor integrated core exercise.
This phase is suitable from 4 months Postnatal and it is highly recommended you complete phase 1 to safely progress safely to this phase

Yes, you do not need any experience at all to join in and you can access live classes and get support directly from me throughout your membership
It is recommended that you wait until 6 weeks postnatal before starting any exercise after having your baby. This is to allow for time to heal after birth. If you have had a C section please wait until 12 weeks and you must have had your 6 week GP check before beginning an exercise programme.
The Mummy and Me Membership and Postnatal Pilates course are the ideal next step for a safe return to exercise after birth. Guiding you through progressive exercise to rebuild your core and pelvic floor.
Pilates is a gentle form of exercise suitable for all ages and abilities. The Mummy and Me subscription contains classes suitable for low back pain and beginners. Always consult your medical professional for advice before beginning exercise or if you are unsure.
Once you are subscribed you will have access to the relevant membership and you can just select a class to view.
Your chosen subscription will automatically renew until you wish to cancel.
The Mummy and Me Pilates Course allows 8 weeks access from the date of purchase. This can be renewed if you would like to continue longer however I would then recommend the Mummy and Me Membership for better value and more content.
To cancel just login to your account and you can manage and cancel your supscription there. You will still have access until the end of your payement period.
