To join a membership go to REGISTER on the main menu and select the membership you would like. Select ‘auto renew’ for your payment to come out regularly. 

You will need to complete a PARQ and create a profile. You can then roll out your mat and enjoy a class anytime.

It is recommended that you wait until 6 weeks postnatal before starting any exercise after having your baby. This is to allow for time to heal after birth. If you have had a C section please wait until 12 weeks and you must have had your 6 week GP check before beginning an exercise programme.

The Mummy and Me Membership and Postnatal Pilates course are the ideal next step for a safe return to exercise after birth. Guiding you through progressive exercise to rebuild your core and pelvic floor.

Pilates is a gentle form of exercise suitable for all ages and abilities. The Pilates at Home subscription contains classes suitable for low back pain and beginners. Always consult your medical professional for advice before beginning exercise or if you are unsure.

Once you are subscribed you will have access to the relevant section and you can just select a class to view.

Yes your subscription will automatically renew until you choose to cancel in your members area. You can cancel anytime and will retain access until the end of the payment period.

To cancel just login to your account and you can manage and cancel your supscription there. You will still have access until the end of your payement period.
